How to Win

It's easy!

  1. Write an essay, no more than 350 words, explaining why you should be chosen to win-a-condo!
  2. Go to our Submit Fee page, and pay a one time entry fee of $100.
  3. You then go to our  Submit Essay page, and upload both your fee receipt- which we will email to you- and your essay.
  4. The Sponsors of the win-a-condo essay contest will then select 25 finalists from all entries received. Those 25 finalists will be given to 3 anonymous judges to decide the winner. The judges will be chosen from local non-profit housing organizations, local housing authorities and local charities.

  5. The winner will be announced on June 15th, 2025
