Richard Murphy
Property Manager, Hello Property Management
Originally from Massachusetts, Richard has been involved in Real Estate and Property Management since 2006. A 15 year Army Veteran, Richard started PadMatch Realty in 2015 and became a founding member in Vision Real Estate Investment Group in 2020. Hello Property Management was founded in 2021 by Richard and Alyaa. Richard is always looking for new ways to make home buying more affordable.
Mohamud Sadeddin
Hello Property Management
Mohamud Sadeddin is a Massachusetts local. A Suffolk University Grad, Mohamud has been involved with Property Management since 2015. In 2018 he joined PadMatch Realty as a Real Estate agent. In 2020 he because one of the founding members of Vision Real Estate Investment Group and in 2024 he joined Hello Property Management as a Managing Partner.
Alyaa Murphy
The PadMatch Group
After moving to Massachusetts, Alyaa began working in Real Estate in 2018. From an Agent and Marketing Manager in PadMatch Realty, she is now a part of the PadMatch Group with Coldwell Banker. Alyaa became a founding member in Vision Real Estate Investment Group in 2020 and Hello Property Management in 2021. Alyaa is passionate about fulfilling the dream of becoming home owners for as many people as possible!
Tyler Grace
Vision Real Estate Investment Group
Tyler Grace has worked in real estate market since 2014. He has extensive experience working in both rentals and sales throughout the city. In 2020 he became one of the founding members of Vision Real Estate Investment Group while an active Real Estate agent at PadMatch Realty. Tyler graduated from Northeastern University where he studied Mechanical Engineering and Economics and is also currently working in the HVAC industry.
